The Maximum Acceleration experience begins with in-depth client assessments, using our proprietary tools. This provides an objective snap-shot of your level of business proficiency; identifying your strengths and areas for potential growth.

You will begin the program by completing four preliminary assessments:

• Loan Officer Assessment
• Behavioral Evaluation
• "Page 5" Information
• Volume Goals Worksheet

The data obtained from these studies enables us to determine which Maximum Acceleration coach is the "best fit" for your specific needs.

This is where the rubber meets the road.

Once your coach has been selected, you will have an initial two-hour consultation. During this power-session, you will develop a personalized business plan for the next twelve months. You and your personal mentor will begin the process of pursuing goals through the execution of specific action items defined within your personalized business plan.

The coaches of Maximum Acceleration are remarkable mentors who have undergone extensive training in the LoanToolbox methodology. The coaches meet weekly to discuss specific challenges their clients are experiencing and share their expertise. In addition, they confer with LoanToolbox faculty members, who are able to share the wisdom they've gained from years of experience within this highly competitive industry.
