Meet the Team

Maximum AccelerationSM coaches are talented professionals who were carefully selected in order to ensure you the best possible mentoring experience.

Our professional coaches have a wide variety of business experience. We know that each of our clients have different needs and personalities. Your personal mentor will be selected based upon your specific needs.

The MA Coaching Team meets weekly to identify challenges and share solutions. Additionally, our coaches have intimate access to LoanToolbox faculty members and other real-life top producers. Our goal is to put this wealth of knowledge to work for you, providing a clear roadmap to success.

Maximum Acceleration Coaches

Erik Janeczko – has served the mortgage industry for over ten years. In this time Erik has succeeded in origination, management. wholesale, training and coaching roles. As an originator Erik closed a career 436 Loans in 4.5 years & over 2,600 wholesale originations in 3.5 yrs, through the sales techniques he now shares with clients. In January 2006 Erik shifted his focus full time to his true passion of helping people achieve massive success. His workshops & presentations are based on hands-on research in the areas of proven sales systems & performance acceleration strategies for both individuals & organizations. Erik shares only truly proven strategies that have been refined in the Laboratory environment of coaching several of our industry's top performers. As a featured speaker at leading industry events including Business Plan 2007 & 2008 he has had the great honor of helping to create incredible success for all attendees. Erik's number one passion is for helping all clients live a better life, and achieve performance levels beyond their wildest imagination.

In 2005 Erik served as a key member on the development team that built Maximum Acceleration (the LoanToolbox coaching company), and continues to help refine the systems used in the MA program to this day. Erik’s specific expertise is in the area of strategically building sales & operational delivery systems that guaranty a consistent, high value, high profit service experience for both referral partners & clients. He has helped hundreds of mortgage professionals achieve dramatic results in their businesses, through his strategic approach to accelerating personal & organizational development.

In addition to his wholesale work, from 2002 -2006 Erik served as a certified FHA and VA instructor and did extensive business development work under diverse contract structures. Erik is also an avid writer frequently contributing for several trade publications, including the industry staple Mortgage Originator Magazine. Erik is the author of LoanToolbox’s Introduction to FHA, as well as numerous articles on the subjects of sales strategies, Fiscal literacy, Attitude management, & personal development acceleration.

Because of his unique, solutions based focus, he is in high demand as a key note speaker & organizational development facilitator, for a wide variety of organizations. Erik has conducted workshops for companies  ranging from Wells Fargo Bank & LoanToolbox  to independent broker associations, trade association conferences & Churches. He was also featured in the 2004 “Mortgage Power Series” sales training classes, which are available on DVD.

Erik is also happily married to his wife of ten years (Laurie) and the very proud father of 3 boys (Blake 12, Brenden 7, Grayson 3) and 1 girl (Marina 1).


Stephanie York – brings 18 years of business development knowledge to coaching. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Marketing specializing in research and product development. Stephanie enjoyed working through her company York Consulting in Los Angeles to help smaller businesses develop brand awareness, marketing campaigns as well as systems for customer service and employee development. Helping individuals and business owners achieve financial success as well as strong business models is incredibly rewarding. She has coached hundreds of people through corporate programs as well as national training organizations to build better economic models, marketing platforms and business plans.

Even though Stephanie speaks on a national stage and enjoys group trainings it is truly the one on one coaching that is at the heart of her passion. She considers co-actively coaching an individual to achieve business and personal success as one of the most rewarding jobs there are. Maximum Acceleration creates an opportunity to partner with some of the most motivated and resourceful individuals in the mortgage industry. Timothy Chin – brings 28 years of counseling, coaching and business building to Maximum Acceleration.

Timothy has traveled extensively, speaking to audiences as large as 6,000 people on the topics of sales, marketing and life management.  He has built a branch of Farmers Insurance Group into one of the most successful and honored agencies as well as owning and operating a Branch office of Benchmark Mortgage.  He has personally trained over 2,000 Realtors and is a featured writer for the Kansas City edition of Broker Agent magazine with a readership of over 8,000 Realtors.

Timothy believes that changing lives through mentoring and coaching is his highest calling and his daily goal is to leave a positive lasting impression on everyone he meets.  If you ever ask Timothy how he is doing his answer will always be “better than I deserve”.  His belief that everyday is a special day is infectious to those he comes in contact with.

Timothy has eight children and five grandchildren.  He enjoys coaching little league, singing and time with his family.  He has his own weekly talk radio show BizzBuzzLive on two local AM stations in Kansas City.  His partial ownership of a NASCAR Craftsman Series truck, the #1winyourmortgage.com Chevrolet, keeps his weekends filled with racing activities.


Brad Korn – brings a wealth of real estate experience to mortgage originators as a Maximum Acceleration Coach. He addresses practical issues that lenders are continually challenged with and provides them with easily implemented action plans. Brad’s direct approach to coaching is phenomenal. Brad enjoys sharing what he has learned throughout the years, and he has much to offer.

Brad will share best practices, strategies, tools and technology used in the real estate arena. Brad will instruct you on how to build strong bonds with Real Estate Agents and become a necessary partner that they simply cannot live without. You will learn the synergy of creating affiliate partnerships as an extended team, in which all parties involved reap tremendous benefits and rewards.

“Why should anyone have to reinvent the wheel?” Brad asks. "I feel an obligation to share all my successes and failures”.  Brad enjoys spending quality time with his family, being very involved with his church, helping on committees that benefit the real estate industry, and taking the time to be with friends.”


Tim DavisTim Davis – has over 13 years of “real life” experience originating loans and owning very successful mortgage companies. Mr. Davis’ positive attitude attributes to his belief that your thoughts are the keys to your victories when you apply the appropriate ACTION!

He has referred to as “A master of marketing” after he won the 2006 Business Plan great ideas contest. With a Bachelors degree from Western Kentucky University, Mr. Davis brings his vast marketplace branding experience exclusively to LoanToolbox’s members.

When asked about the value that Mr. Davis felt that he offered to LoanToolbox members, his earnest reply was simply that “Coaching is the greatest achievement to which you can aspire. It affords you the opportunity to speak to another person’s life and truly make a difference.”

Mr. Davis takes a very hands-on approach to coaching, sharing his personal experiences with marketing to borrowers, Realtors, CPA’s, and Financial Planners. Mr. Davis coaches his proven marketing techniques and systems that will, if implemented, improve the number of leads earned and closed. Mr. Davis’s techniques have allowed him to personally experience closing 73% of his loan applications- all established through referrals!

Mr. Davis  is certain that by following his industry-proven techniques, “Your business can soar to new heights when you work in your passion, focus on serving the client and solving their problems, and promoting yourself as the go-to person for mortgage lending.”


Cris Lang – brings over 18 years of experience with proven success in sales management, marketing, coaching, and business ownership to Maximum Acceleration clients.

Cris has spent the last 10 years in the “for-profit” training and education field at the director and vice president levels. During that time, he was hired by the two largest education companies to revive and restructure under-performing businesses. He also ran multiple sales and marketing divisions, developed and implemented business-training curricula, and personally taught and mentored hundreds of students and employees. 

Cris takes a practical, hands-on approach to business improvement, focusing on The Three Ms:

  • Mentoring and training on a continual basis;
  • Monitoring accountability;
  • Motivating individuals and teams to a positive culture.

Cris resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is the owner of Lang Properties (a real estate investment company), is a licensed producer of life insurance and annuities, has multiple certifications in sales and management training (including Integrity Selling®), and has appeared on national television and in training videos. He enjoys swimming and spending time with his wife and two daughters.


Michael MaherMichael J. Maher – brings a vast knowledge of real estate, mortgage, business, and lead generation techniques to the Maximum Acceleration team. Michael has coached business owners, executives, mortgage professionals, and real estate agents for the last five years and has been coaching professionally for 15 years.  He has provided business advice, executive coaching, and leadership training to more than 2000 people and has spoken in front of over 10,000 professionals in the last three years.  Michael specializes in making rainmakers and is known as a marketing guru in the real estate industry.

After getting his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas, Michael got his MBA at Baker University.  Michael catapulted from a successful teaching career to a phenomenal real estate career soaring to an astonishing $40.1 million in volume in just his third year! Even more impressive is that over 83% of his business comes from referrals. Michael held the post of Regional Leadership and Training Director for the Mid-America Region of Realty Executives.

Michael enjoys living in Overland Park with his wife and dog.  When not spending time with them, he enjoys playing soccer, lifting weights, reading, and tinkering with his car.
