We have developed proprietary assessment tools that enable our coaches to accurately evaluate each mortgage originator's unique situation. These tools provide a personalized snap-shot of time management skills, business activities, and areas of expertise.

Maximum Acceleration coaches validate each individual loan officer's strengths and identify areas where growth is needed. This lays the groundwork for very focused mentoring, and the client's progress is documented throughout the entire coaching experience.


Loan Officer Assessment Tool

This assessment tool contains over 120 questions and is specifically designed to measure individual strengths and identify areas for growth opportunity.

The results are aligned to the seven levels of the Pyramid of a Complete Loan Officer.

The assessment tool also measures the competencies that are associated with each tier of the Pyramid.

The detailed results of the Loan Officer Assessment Tool provide objective information which is used to build and refine a personalized business plan. Each client is required to complete this assessment level before starting their coaching session.

Time Tracker

This valuable time management tool identifies how individuals choose to utilize their time both chronologically and by activity categories. It also assists clients in determining their hourly rate of pay. This tool may be used periodically during the coaching experience.

Performance Tracker

This unique and comprehensive assessment tool will identify lead generation opportunities and measure conversion ratios for referrals, encountering and overcoming objections, marketing campaigns, and loan programs. This tool will be used continuously throughout the coaching experience.

This time management tool will help individuals to increase the capabilities of their Outlook software. Clients are able to better organize and complete their tasks, letting nothing fall through the cracks. Maximum Acceleration's coaches will help clients to implement this enhanced organizational tool that will increase their effectiveness.

DISC Behavioral Assessment Tool

This behavioral assessment tool measures four attributes that are common among all people. The traits and their particular measurements are neither good nor bad. Each attribute by itself and the attributes collectively represent a person's behavioral tendencies.

The DISC Assessment identifies preferred work environments, motivating and/or discouraging circumstances or conditions, situations or activities individuals may naturally want to avoid, and actions that may increase effectiveness.

The assessment results will increase a client's understanding of personal preferences, frustrations, and differences in themselves and those they interact with; including their work associates, clients, and lead generators. It will successfully identify ways to build productive business relationships with different behavioral types.
